Welcome to Wildwood Revival.

We are an intimate, thoughtfully curated boutique festival tailored towards a truly unique music and cultural experience for all, located just on the outskirts of Athens, Georgia on a historic 30-acre farm. Camping is offered in the picturesque, rolling countryside by teepee, tent or trailer. The local, seasonal food we serve comes from right up the road as well as our own farm. Our filtered water is free. Our craft beer is served in custom enamel mugs and stainless steel cups. We are a plastic-free event.

Wildwood Revival is a little bit country, a little bit rock n' roll, and everything in between. This event combines the soul of a juke joint, the wild spirit of a honky tonk, and the camaraderie of a supper club. Our artisan market features vintage clothing, antiques, printmakers, wood workers, 1800's era tintype photography, leather makers, handmade crafts and more. It's a cultural Revival; what's old is new again.

Listen to authentic music in an open-air barn and share a meal with friends. Sit by the bonfire for a fireside sing-along and camp under the stars. Support our vendors comprised of local business and the "little guys" trying to earn a living from their craft. We pledge to keep Wildwood Revival an intimate environment so you can experience inspiring music and food in a picturesque setting the ideal way, not the mass-produced festival way. Come join in. Get out of the city.

August 26th - 28th

We'll be serving a hearty, farm-to-table style supper with local, seasonal food to be perfectly paired with your first sip of cold Georgia brew. All food and alcohol will be available for purchase at a price similar to your neighborhood restaurant and bar.

Saturday evening wraps up with a rock and soul dance party. We'll be spinning a hand-selected mix of the most danceable popular and obscure 50’s and 60’s Rock and Roll, Soul, Doo Wop, Garage Rock and more.

You don't need to be a pro for our newest addition to the Wildwood Revival experience of Friday Night Live Band Karaoke. Bring your shower singin' voice and holler out one of your favorites with the band.

We offer an idyllic, country setting for tent and trailer camping as well as a limited number of teepees. Don't miss out on the chance to enjoy late night singing under the stars and waking up to local coffee and amazing breakfast options. Plus, we have outdoor showers!

Begin your Sunday morning with a meditative, fun yoga session. Sip some herbal tea, stretch and energize your body for another music-filled day.

Our artisan market features handcrafted leather goods, unique jewelry, vintage clothing and much more. You folks will also have a chance to get an 1800's era tintype portrait using an individually handcrafted technique - one of the oldest ways to create a photograph.

Eat a couple breakfast tacos and get out in the field. We’re cutting out a baseball diamond for a little friendly competition on Sunday morning.

Sunday evening winds down with an open fire and a Classic movie projected on a  screen in the camping field.

Gospel Brunch for One and All. Starting at 9:00am, and featuring a mouth watering menu of biscuit sammies, homemade granola & yogurt, and breakfast tacos (plus bloody marys so good they’d make your pastor blush, courtesy of Cathead Vodka), the morning will consist of songs of a religious and non-religious variety, meant to raise the spirit and awaken the soul.

Performed by a host of the weekend’s featured artists, the event will culminate in an open mic for anyone and everyone to gather round (bring your instrument). We’ll be giving away swag to those of you who take the pulpit. Hallelujah!

“Ensemblé Dans Ce Bateau”

April 10th, 2016 // 6pm-9:30pm

Hosted at The Cordelle, Nashville TN

Join JP Harris, the folks behind acclaimed boutique music and cultural festival Wildwood Revival, and The Americana Music Association on Sunday, April 10th for "Ensemblé Dans Ce Bateau," an evening of authentic Cajun music and food hosted at The Cordelle in Nashville, Tennessee. Ensemblé boasts a Louisiana hand-harvested menu and musical collaborations between renowned Cajun musicians and Nashville's finest players and singers.

For many decades now, musicians from around the globe have made the pilgrimage to South Louisiana to see, hear, and taste what lies beneath the veneer of fleur-de-lis souvenirs and Mardi Gras beads; the many who have found it leave changed, and they don't stay away long. Such is the story of Ensemblé's food and music curator JP Harris; being swept away by the music and hospitality of a group of Cajuns met at a fiddler's convention in West Virginia, Harris' first trip to Louisiana turned into long, familial friendships, forged over the exchange of traditional music and boiling pots. Food and music, always the binding forces of the Cajun and Creole communities.

"Ensemblé Dans Ce Bateau" ("Together In This Boat") is a celebration of not just Acadian culture, but also of independent, traditionally-influenced music and food cultures re-emerging across America. By melding music and food, pairing Cajun musicians with Nashville staples, Ensemblé is a unique view of the relationships between new and old, tradition and innovation.

Musical guests include Joel and Kelli Savoy (Eunice, LA), Langhorne Slim, JP Harris, The Watson Twins, and Sam Doores and Riley Downing of The Deslondes.

Boasting a gourmet-yet-traditional menu designed and prepared by Acadiana native Effie Jeanne-Marie Michot, with most ingredients grown (or fished or trapped) in Louisiana, there is no more authentic way to experience a real Cajun meal anywhere near middle Tennessee.
